Job description
- Develop scheduled preventative maintenance plans, maintenance procedures and ensure implementation: Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Instruments, Software.
- Monitor compliance of production lines with local regulations, internal production standards (ISO 22000).
- Manage full Maintenance Team, Workshop work. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
- Monitor equipment inventory, Spare parts list and storage and place orders when necessary.
- Contributes directly to Factory continuous improvement: Reporting issues and proposing optimizations.
- Support Engineering team for new Equipment installation projects, commissioning phases.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Prepare and Participate as a Member the regular Internal Audits, audit sessions from third parties and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve effectively all issues concerning factory operations such as quality, engineering, productivity, training, performance appraisal, 5S discipline, safety, …
- Train new employees and conduct follow-up training of existing personnel. Regularly review performance and make appraisal of comments for employees. Motivate, inspire, and supervise I&M staff to achieve set goals.
- Collaborate on staffing needs and workforce planning with human resources.
- Ensure adequate documentation and record-keeping of I&M activities. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Analyze data and report to the upper management include Down time and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement process, system/machines and cost improvement ideas.
- Set up KPI for I&M Department, as well as evaluating the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reporting these results to the BOD.
- Establish guidelines / procedures, SOP for best practices in all steps. compliance with Foodsafety and ISO 22000/HACCP standards.
- Take part in cost control and budget planning activities. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop plans for change, and monitor progress toward goals.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the same position, reference experiences in Food/ Feed / Aquaculture industry.
- Graduated from engineering major: electrical, mechanical engineering, automation.
- CAO/DAO skills (autoCAD) for P&ID production: Familiar to work with international standards.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
