Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for outsourcing projects, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, key visuals, app store screenshots, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Marketing, Development, etc.) to develop and refine creative concepts.
- Revise and optimize designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Support creative production for in-house game products when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, mobile apps, or the gaming industry.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio showcasing digital marketing creatives, branding, or visual design projects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
