Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound client calls in English: basic inquiries, order/status updates, routing to the right team.
- Support admin work when not on calls: data entry, ticket updates, simple email replies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to resolve issues.
- Keep records accurate and follow provided SOPs.
- Prepare simple summaries/reports on calls and tickets when needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Spoken English for phone calls; written English for emails.
- Under 1 year of experience or fresh graduate - no specific tool experience required. Full training provided.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage time well.
- Comfortable switching between calls and admin tasks.
- Interest/knowledge in furniture is a plus
WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: 11PM - 8AM (Mon - Fri).
