Job Summary:
The Account Director will lead and oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a specific business unit within CREASIA. This leader will drive the unit’s growth by aligning with the company’s core values, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and implement the business unit’s strategic plan, aligned with CREASIA’s mission and long-term objectives.
Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
Ensure operational excellence through efficient processes, resource allocation, and timely delivery of client projects.
Lead business unit initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of Omotenashi (hospitality) and collaboration.
Identify skill gaps and implement professional development plans to empower team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear, actionable goals.
Inspire passion and accountability among team members to achieve unit and individual targets.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment of services with their objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and results.
Regularly collect and act on client feedback to improve satisfaction and service quality.
Financial & Performance Management
Develop and manage the business unit’s annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, profitability, client retention, and project delivery timelines.
Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service excellence.
Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Foster a mindset of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Collaborate with other business units to share insights, innovations, and best practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a leader in business operations, client management, preferably in FMCG, Retail Agencies.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make strategic decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust-based relationships.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
