Software Product Designer (UI/UX)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders throughout the product

discovery and design process.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, user flows,

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile

applications.

• Build and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure design consistency.

• Validate design solutions through usability testing and iterate based on user

feedback and product data.

• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of

designs.

• Monitor product metrics and support A/B testing to optimize user experience and

business outcomes.

• Ensure designs align with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and business

objectives.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENT

1. Must have:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes and

measurable business impact.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.

• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Human

Centered Design methodologies.

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.

• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.

• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Product

Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

2. Nice to have:

• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.

• Understanding of product metrics including DAU, MAU, Conversion Rate, Retention,

Churn Rate, and NPS.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.

• Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software products.
