- We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven, and data-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to support business growth and customer acquisition in the US telecommunications market.
- Attractive Salary: starts at 16.000.000 - 36.000.000 VND / month (Competitive salary based on ability).

What you will do:
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page design to drive conversions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) to inform adjustments in bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Optimization & Testing: Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to achieve continuous improvement.
- Tool Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Who we need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
- At least 5 years of video editing experience, preferably in agencies, tech companies, or startups
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns with monthly advertising budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of USD across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Bing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
