E-Commerce Team Leader - App Social Video Project

WE NEED YOU:

• Lead, manage, recruit & develop a team of Data Labelling, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with existing policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated transactions from clients/customers/team members (if any).
• Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals.
• Use performance data to coach and improve the agents.
• Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan.
• Quickly grasp changes in the system and processes, and accurately and promptly communicate information to agents.
• Can conduct report of manage team base on KPI orientation: Result, Rootcause and action plan.
• Collaborate with teams and other departments to achieve the common goals of the project.

WORK LOCATION:

• 4F – PICO Plaza, 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

WORKING TIME:

• Working 6 days/ week (1 day off any), from 10 AM – 7 PM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in Team Leader position.
• Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS certificate 5.5 or higher; if the certificate expires, the candidate will take 01 competency assessment test sent from the Human Resources department).
• Good in using Excel, good data organization, analysis and logical thinking skills.
• Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, strong execution.
• Interested in e-commerce platform business, understanding the operation mode of domestic and foreign e-commerce platform.
• Having e-commerce operation experience is preferred.
