Chi tiết công việc E-Commerce Operation Leader / Trưởng Nhóm Vận Hành Thương Mại Đi tại Công ty TNHH TP-Link Technologies Việt Nam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations Management
- Manage and oversee daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery performance
- Monitor and handle issues related to orders, returns, and partner operations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accountant, warehouse, CS, marketing) to ensure workflow efficiency
2. Stock & Fulfillment Management
- Daily Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across systems
- Plan stock allocation and replenishment to avoid out-of-stock or overstock
- Work with warehouse and partners to optimize fulfillment process
- Control and improve inventory turnover and efficiency
3. Platform & Campaign Execution
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotion setup
- Execute and manage campaigns (Flash Sale, Mega Campaign, platform activities)
- Ensure platform compliance and optimize store performance
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution
4. Business Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Support and drive sales performance through effective operations execution
- Ensure operational readiness to maximize campaign results and GMV
- Coordinate with related teams to improve product performance and conversion
- Monitor sales-related metrics and suggest actionable improvements
- Track and manage operational KPIs (fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, delivery SLA, etc.)
- Ensure team meets operational targets and service standards
- Analyze data to identify issues and continuously improve processes and workflows
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency
5. Customer Experience Management
- Ensure smooth customer journey from order to delivery
- Handle escalated issues and coordinate with CS team
- Improve service quality and customer satisfaction
6. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop operation team members
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability
- Coach team to improve performance and execution quality
- Build a strong, proactive, and result-oriented team culture
7. Reporting/ Planning & Other jobs
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to management
- Plan operations for campaigns and peak seasons
- Propose improvement plans and operational strategies
- Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
- Coordinate with related departments to handle arising issues
- Other tasks as assigned by direct management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from College - University in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, ....
- Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Fluent English communication
- At least 3–5 years in e-commerce operations. At least 1–2 years in team leader or senior role
