We are looking for a driven Online Sales Manager (e-Commerce) to become part of our team and play a vital role in shaping the business while manager all our e-commerce business activity. You will be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization, and will be based in Jakarta, you will be focused on Increase sales growth and profitability in e-commerce through clear operation, impactful marketing campaign, optimized distributor performance, improving customer service & engagement, build good relationship with online retailers to maximize brand supports, and you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce.
Our Online Sales Manager (e-Commerce) will have the following responsibilities:
1. Manage e-commerce operation.
- Develop a standard operation for order taking process, packing, delivery, product status monitor, product receive.
- Create digital marketing campaign through SEO, social media, partnership, ads.
- Increase visitors, number of transactions, good service score, and good store ranking.
- Increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales conversion with strategic digital campaign & promotion.
- Manage product stock, SKU availability, reduce out of stock.
- Monitor distributor service level performance
- Manage transportation & shipment process to deliver product on time, on quantity, and on place.
3. Customer service engagement
- Reply customer’s questions in chat
- Construct customer database for retargeting
4. Build good relationship with online retailers to maximize brand support.
- Maximize digital marketing program by optimizing retailer’s supports & assets.
- Active collaboration with with retailer’s program to ride on good exposures.
- Solid academic background.
- A minimum of three to five years of working experience in e- Commerce/ marketplace Industry and or FMCG and Practical experience in a similar position is a plus!
- Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationship at all level of organization and importantly to the 3rd party (Online retailers).
- Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality, systematic thinking, strong analytical, strategic, creative thinker, communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
- High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business.
- Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Strong feeling of responsibility.
- Experience working in unicorn start-up company will be a plus!
Language : Fluent in English
Education : University Degree, Master degree will be a plus!
Experience : Minimal three to five years
Contract : Three-month fit-period, full time position afterwards
