CRSL mencari E-commerce Manager untuk memimpin pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas melalui Shopee, TikTok Shop, serta webstore.

Job Description

- Menyusun strategi dan anggaran penjualan e-commerce.

- Menetapkan KPI, target penjualan, serta sasaran pertumbuhan yang jelas untuk setiap channel dan anggota tim.

- Memimpin, membimbing, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim e-commerce untuk mencapai target.

- Mengoptimalkan performa toko, campaign, promo, dan iklan.

- Mengembangkan penjualan melalui live commerce dan affiliate.

- Menganalisis data penjualan, tren pasar, dan aktivitas kompetitor untuk menemukan peluang pertumbuhan.

- Memantau margin, konversi, dan efektivitas biaya untuk menjaga profitabilitas.

- Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, dan Finance untuk memastikan kelancaran penjualan serta layanan pelanggan.

Qualifications

- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman e-commerce, termasuk 1 tahun memimpin tim.

- Menguasai pengelolaan Shopee dan TikTok Shop.

- Memiliki rekam pencapaian target penjualan dan pengelolaan profitabilitas.

- Memahami marketplace ads, live commerce, dan affiliate.

- Mahir Excel/Google Sheets dan mampu mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data.

- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.

- Pengalaman di industri fashion/lifestyle/retail serta pengelolaan webstore menjadi nilai tambah.
