JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Be in charge of managing sales, products on the E-com/ online to achieve the sales target of the Brand’s business goals
- Plan, implemented, supervise and follow up all E-commerce/ online activities to reach the sales monthly/ quarterly
- Analyze, evaluate the market competitors and performance of online channels; propose improvements points to develop E-com activities
- Deliver, coordinate and operate the E- com daily activities effectively
- Receive, process POs on the Lazada/ Tiki/Shopee…
- Co-work closely with Key account of E-com platform to implement the promotion monthly
- Update pictures of product, SKU, banner and E-com platform to attract customers needs/ visiting
- Collaborate closely with Sales/ MKT Team for sales promotion program and coordinate, track the products to deliver to Customers effectively
- Monitor the Content E-comto track the Customers complain to improve customers service
- Review customers feedback and process and solve the customers complain quickly/ timely
- Check seeding, positive feedback the comments to attract customers
- Other tasks assigned by the Superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education background:
- University/ College with the Economic
- Business Administration or other related field
2. Working Experience:
- At least 02 years of experience in the E-com supervisor role
3. Competency:
- Computer level A
- English communication level B
- Selling skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Analysis skills
