1. Job Description: 

Focuses on Business Development & Account Management for Brand live (Livestream In-house)

  • Business Development - Oversee & Qualify current sales & marketing leads in the pipeline  into new clients
  • Prepare, streamline & present presentations, pitch decks to new clients
  • Manage outbound campaigns (i.e (phone calls, emails, etc.) to discover new sales opportunities
  • Account Management - Manage & Incubate relationships with different brands, Creators & other entities within the Social Commerce Ecosystem
  • Manage virtual & in-person sales meetings
  • Ability to manage resources to meet project deadlines in a timely manner, including both internal and outsourced resources.
  • Ability to assess the priority level of each item in a project to ensure the project progresses on schedule.
  • Ability to serve customers quickly, timely, and accurately understand customer requirements.
  • Develop policies and customer care programs to ensure the retention of a loyal and stable customer base.

2. Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Experience in Key Account Management or Sales within Business Sectors
  • Experience in E-commerce, especially Livestream Affiliate is a plus 
  • Experience in working with brands/KOL/KOCs within the E-com sector is a plus
  • Possesses Connections & Networks within the E-com Sector is a plus
  • Soft skills related to Sales pipeline Management, Project & Timeline Management
  • Understand the art of Sales 
  • Has a logical mindset, data-driven approach to solving problems & making decisions
  • Proactive in reaching out/asking questions/coming up with new ideas
  • Office Skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
