POSITION SUMMARY:
As an E-commerce Intern, you will assist in managing daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in marketplace management, campaign execution, customer service, and cross-functional coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Support campaign setup, voucher management, and platform promotional activities.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues across platforms.
- Track shop performance and prepare reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Research market trends, competitors, and best-selling products to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Affiliate team on product information, campaign materials, and KOL/KOC collaborations when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce or Marketing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
