1. E-Commerce Platform Operations
- Upload new products, manage and update inventory levels, optimize product titles, images, and descriptions following on-site SEO standards.
- Register and configure promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Mega Campaigns, Double-Digit Days, Flash Sales, Voucher Extra, Shop-exclusive promotions).
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes; collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, on-time delivery, and handle customer complaints, returns, or cancellations.
- Manage and grow the Affiliate Marketing network (KOCs/KOLs) on TikTok Shop to drive affiliate sales.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager and Board of Directors.
2. Website Administration & Omnichannel Customer Care
- Update product listings, articles, and promotional activities on the company website.
- Monitor and respond to live customer inquiries, provide consultation, and process incoming orders from the Website and Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA).
- Build automated chatbot scripts (utilizing AI/Automation tools) on Zalo OA to nurture existing customers, and execute periodic Broadcast messaging campaigns to improve Customer Retention Rate.
