JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute and review monthly sales plans about business strategies, cost, and inventory to deliver business results/ KPIs from planning to execution.
- Relationship building and negotiations with brands
- Platform store operation
- Price, plan and arrange merchandising for display.
- Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
- Identify ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensure action is taken to maximize sales potential
- Join to build the full-year sales plan
- Analyze data to report by the campaign, monthly/quarterly/year reviewing, ensure bad/good performance is noticed during & after the campaign, optimize in the next times.
- Work closely with Platform partners to support more benefits for managing the store and delivering sales well, as well as business results/ KPIs from planning to execution.
- Platform & Market Understanding
- Manage Marketing campaigns for brands
- Have proficiency in Metrics on Seller Center and platform tools to optimize performance (Store Decoration, CRM, Onsite ads, Voucher, Feed, Chat...).
- Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
- Campaign Management
- Implement Marketing campaign on the platform, plan daily traffic target, and Checklist & make sure each functional checklist has been in planned timely.
- Prepare and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok….) to deliver consumer experience and business results/ KPIs from planning to executive
- Proactive in suggesting any methods and campaigns to push sales revenues and increase shopper engagement, and brand image on platforms
- Make sure product & brand appearance is always presented effectively in a good manner & best practices for shopper experience
- Be skilled in QC & audit store & visibilities.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus;
- Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks;
- Startup mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment;
- High attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously;
- Creative and strategic with a strong customer focus.
