Job description for Director, Sustainability Solutions APAC at Engie Impact
- Contribute to the definition of go-to-market strategy
- Support the design and development of new sustainability strategy offers in line with market trends and client insights
- Coordinate and lead business development activities
- Perform all required activities to generate new business opportunities: attract new clients, sell on and new on to existing clients
- Implement go-to-market strategy and coordinate associated team
- Ensure profitability of commercial offers and of delivered project
- Lead proposals and orals presentations
- Ensure cross-fertilization with ENGIE group
- Leverage your knowledge of ENGIE solution to promote implementation projects with Engie BU’s
- Identify opportunities in the region to develop new Engie solutions
- Set strategic directions of client projects
- Provide your insights and act as a content expert in client project
- Ensure value is delivered during your projects and monitor project financials
- Build and develop a strong network to promote ENGIE Impact
- Attend key events regarding sustainable transition
- Be a promoter of Engie Impact solutions in events, fairs…
- Ensure the development of a strong technical or market expertise within your team
- You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in consulting and / or strategy sector including sales function, experience in negotiating large or complex deals
- You are concerned by environmental issues and willing to contribute actively for sustainability transition by leveraging your business strategy skills and experience
- You are experienced in selling strategy and implementation projects with sales target and in managing a client portfolio (several client accounts)
- You demonstrate strong advisory skills with a capacity to build convictions and provide innovative solutions to address your client needs, a capacity to influence your client strategic decision and to position yourself as a key strategic advisor for your client
- You are recognized as a strong leader among your team, being a role model for them
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and relationship building: C-level interactions, Capacity to mobilize and engage people, capacity to develop and leverage your network
- You are a talent developer, willing to develop your team through coaching and mentoring
