- Develop unique paid marketing strategies with clients across new and existing campaigns, within the digital arena, to meet or exceed revenue and audience acquisition objectives.
- Build and deliver campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Linked In and others as required.
- Provide input into digital marketing strategy campaign proposals and estimates of work (prepared by other team members) prior to client presentation.
- Proactively keep abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans to facilitate campaign-appropriate solutions such as rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks and viral.
- Assist with delivery of end-to-end campaigns for mainstage performances, programs and other priorities as assigned, which will include through-the-line campaign collateral, paid and owned media channels.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with our clients, suppliers, partners, and broader internal team, providing guidance and support across strategy, ideation and execution.
- Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efforts continually align to client requirements and objectives whilst maintaining consistency of brand strategy across all paid programs.
- Be actively involved across project planning and delivery, including fostering timeline development with critical path schedules, establishing accountability and maintaining accurate budgets.
- Monitor progress of all projects, providing solution-focused oversight to ensure deliverables are executed with high-quality, on-time and achieve maximum results within budget.
- Adopt a proactive process for monitoring and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis and be able to pivot and provide solutions to achieve outcomes mid-campaign, if campaign goals shift or expectations are not being achieved.
- Manage client expectations by identifying issues in a timely manner and addressing concerns with solutions around potential delays to scheduled deliverables.
- Ensure timely campaign performance reporting and analysis is prepared for client presentation and review.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform policies and developments and potential new channels and strategies, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Encourage and oversee research that yields rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior.
- Maintain a robust understanding of policies and procedures for each of the main digital media platforms and ensure all business operations and client delivery is compliant.
- Five to Eight years’ full-time experience in digital marketing or performance marketing or advertising.
- Strong interests in technology and digital marketing.
- An excellent understanding about the function of various channels such as paid search, display, videos, mobile and social media, retargeting, social network advertising (at a minimum Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest); and content distribution and placement networks.
- High-level understanding and proficiency in building campaigns and analyzing performance across a range of digital platforms, noting our minimum requisite of Facebook and Instagram capability.
- Expert level of knowledge and demonstrated experience in how to use digital marketing analytics tools to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
- Superior written and interpersonal communication skills to foster positive, productive relations with all internal and external teams and business groups.
- Ability to present digital strategies to clients and colleagues in precise language that is not confusing and clearly explains tactics and outcomes. This includes receiving and embracing feedback in a solution-driven manner.
- An excellent listener who can autonomously process and act upon fast-paced briefing direction and calmly handle unforeseen hitches.
- Proficiency using a variety of software solutions and applications (often simultaneously) to assist with swift-response team collaboration, productivity and project management.
- Demonstrated strong task-organization, time-tracking and project management skills across multiple client campaigns with simultaneous delivery schedules.
- Ability to identify relevant and inspired opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.

- Bachelor’s Degree or tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Any experience across funnel development, CRMs, customer journey mapping and MarTech requirements - to optimize performance and outcomes for digital marketing campaigns - would be an advantage.
