RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, budgeting, delivery
- Work closely with developers and designers on:
- Website development & maintenance
- Feature/tool development
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- HTML5 banners & interactive assets
- Landing pages, email templates, newsletters
- UX/UI improvements and CMS content updates
- Provide technical consultation on digital solutions (web, tools, platforms)
- Translate client requirements into clear technical briefs for developers and designers
- Bridge communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify risks and proactively propose solutions
- Ensure quality, timeline, and delivery standards
- Work closely with EU-based clients in English
- Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in Information Technology.
- At least 4 years’ experience in Digital Project Management or similar role (Marketing agency or outsourcing experience is a plus)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of:
- Web development and maintenance
- One or more CMS and digital platforms such as Wordpress/ Umbraco/AEM/SiteCore/Adobe Experience Manager etc.
- Databases and digital marketing ecosystem (web, ads, email, UX/UI, performance)
- Strong planning, budgeting, and quality control skills
- Experience working with international clients
- Ability to manage multiple small ad-hoc tasks at the same time.
- Ability to “translate” between
- Business needs → technical requirements
- Technical concepts → client-friendly explanations
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Confident in client-facing roles
