Job description for Digital Performance & Analytics Associate at PT Futura Berapi Api
1. Track and reconcile performance data across multiple digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplaces)
2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics such as Revenue, Spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and AOV
3. Monitor daily and weekly performance movements and identify anomalies or inconsistencies
4. Maintain and update performance dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel
5. Build and manage spreadsheet formulas for tracking, aggregation, and analysis
6. Prepare clear, structured, and error-free weekly and monthly performance reports
7. Translate cross-platform data into insights that support business and optimization decisions
8. Ensure alignment of data definitions and attribution logic across platforms
9. Provide a clear narrative of performance across channels, avoiding data fragmentation
10. Support basic funnel analysis (traffic → conversion → sales)
11. Support performance and growth discussions with accurate data and insights
12. Assist in evaluating creative and campaign performance using data
13. Maintain documentation of performance learnings and trends
