We are looking for a Digital Optimization Intern to join our team, who will be responsible for daily optimization & execution of all Digital campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Social, Video & Display advertising campaigns on multiple digital platforms. You will also take charge of strategic Media planning, keep track & develop advanced analytic solutions to improve our client’s marketing performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Campaign Execution:
- Support Team & take charge of day to day execution of all Digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
- Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
- Support in identifying trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients' marketing, business activities & our company's development.
- Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to COO/CEO.
Media Planning:
- Strategically develop digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief.
In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- No experience requirements;
- Able to work full-time for at least 4-6 months;
- Have Optimism and positive energy;
- Have knowledge/experience in Digital marketing is a plus;
- Good at math/logical thinking is a plus;
- Fast learning & self-sufficient;
- Have a long-term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 year after completing the training.
