- Monthly skim promotion scheme of each site to know key deals, product launching
- Media optimized for traffic & purchase => Channel selection => Creative’s performance (CTR, VTR, Engagement rate…)
- Digital planning: Review microsite/store/PDP => Send to agency for planning
- Check historical campaign
- Benchmark of platform channel: Price / Unit Cost/ Audience Pool / Reach, Impression, Frequency capability...

- Planning Actual performance vs. plan: quantity vs. KPIs, ROAS
- Creative performance vs. KPIs: Qualitative vs. KPIs
- Share report to brand team to discuss about brand performance (Top purchased SKUs, item sold, customer feedback...)
