Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and provide daily guidance to a team of 3-5 performance marketers/executives.
- Quality Control: Review campaign setups, bid strategies, and reports produced by the team to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Training: Keep the team updated on the latest TikTok Ads features (e.g., GMV Max updates, Shopping Center placements) and best practices.
2. TikTok Ads Strategy & Execution
- Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and optimize complex TikTok Ad campaigns with a specific focus on TikTok Shop Ads (Video Shopping Ads, LIVE Shopping Ads).
- GMV Max Mastery: Leverage GMV Max and Custom Ads to maximize merchant gross merchandise value (GMV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Bid & Budget Optimization: Monitor daily budgets and adjust bidding strategies (Cost Cap vs. Lowest Cost) to ensure optimal delivery and scale.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute tests for creatives, audiences, and product sets to identify winning combinations.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Deep-Dive Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights (not just data dumps).
- Forecasting: Project future performance and budget requirements based on historical data and seasonal trends.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve pixel tracking issues, catalog sync errors, and ad disapproval issues promptly.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years dedicated specifically to TikTok Ads, Performance Facebook Ads or E-commerce Marketplace Ads (Shopee/Lazada).
- Manage monthly budget of at least 500M VND+ on Performance Marketing.
- Leadership: Proven experience mentoring juniors or leading a small project team.
Technical Skills
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok Ads, specifically for E-commerce (TikTok Shop). Proficiency with GMV Max, Spark Ads, and Catalog Sales.
- Data Proficiency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
- Automation (Bonus): Familiarity with marketing automation tools, scripts, or API integrations is a huge plus.
