JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan, starting from Brand Research, Define Channel & Audience, Campaign Structure and Timeline
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Managing campaign Consideration and Conversion
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for paid, organic & own media channels
- Tracking the implementation of UTM, Analytics, Facebook, Pixel, GTM
- Monitor daily reporting
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to improve ideas, feedback & present results
- Leading the executive/junior level in this department to deliver their
WORK Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience as AdOps/performance marketing in agency company.
- Have a wide knowledge of digital marketing and ads optimization
- Humble, honest, and have integrity in work life
- Easy to adapt, have excellent socializing skills, and professionalism
-Willing to WFO
