Chi tiết công việc Digital Marketing Specialist tại Marathon Education
Role Responsibilities
• Support team to develop the overall digital marketing strategy
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities on social channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo,...)
• Measure and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
(ROI and KPIs).
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publication on various digital
platforms.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, and end-to-end
customer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
• Keep abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies
• Analyze digital data, and audience insights/feedback with CRM, BM, Data Studio and other tools
to improve performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports based on leader‘s request to optimize and
recommend enhancements.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
• 3+ years’ performance MKT experience
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, FB insights, BM, Data studio
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems, working knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is preferable
• Working in the education industry is a plus
