Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Bocorocco Shoes
- planning and monitoring all marketing activities across social media channels and offline stores
- launching optimized online advertisement through Google Adwords, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok Ads etc. to increase brand awareness
- creating marketing concept and content ideas
- planning, brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns in online and offline channels
- gathering insight, analysis and report for all marketing activities
- analyzing market trend and customer needs
- increasing traffic and conversions to all social media channels, website and e-commerce platforms
- handling marketing activations through SEO and SEM
- measuring performance of digital marketing efforts through web analytic tools
- handling press and required documents
- help the team with any necessary tasks
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) of related majors (Marketing & PR would be great)
- great initiatives, helpful, highly creative and innovative ideas
- fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English language
- Min. 2 years work experience related to social media
- excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills, so you must be a detail-oriented person
- have had experiences handling online and offline events / campaigns and can present the results of the successes of those projects
- In-depth knowledge of social media managing and analytics
- great motivation and team-working skills, flexibility, ability to work in fast paced and high-pressure environment
- good time and project management skills, including working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- availability to work immediately
