Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Skin Dewi
- Create quality performance reporting (KPI, ROI, Target) that provides relevant data, insights, and recommendations.
- Create continuous digital marketing strategy
- Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies when developing campaigns, and update current campaigns
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM on Google, Facebook
- Collaborate with internal & external vendors to administer company websites including create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Continuously do A/B test on various platform (ads, newsletter, social media)
- Plan and analyze broadcast for E-Commerce

- Monitor partnership activation
- Develop strategy, plan, analyze, and execute communication tools to support marketing communication of promotion, event, and retarget
- Min. 2 years proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Innovative mindset that allows them to come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Expert knowledge in consumer behaviors and continuously monitor market trends to anticipate changes to their industry.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, digital marketing automation software, Web design and development
- Knowledge of Business Strategy/ Strategic Planning (Perencanaan Strategi Bisnis), Content Marketing, Adwords and/or Display Advertising, Email Marketing, E-commerce, and Social Media, basic HTML and Web Publishing.
- Strong analytical & ICT skills, highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to Work From Office-setting in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
