Shopindy is looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to help attract online sellers, and local businesses to our SaaS e-commerce platform. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and content, support customer acquisition and partnerships, research market trends, and track campaign performance to improve leads and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing campaigns for Shopindy
- Manage social media and content planning
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and advertisements
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends
- Support customer acquisition, outreach, and partnerships
- Track leads, campaign results, and conversion performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth, or content
- Good understanding of social media and content strategy
- Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding of SMEs, online sellers, or e-commerce businesses
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Able to analyze basic campaign performance
- Creative, organized, and able to execute independently
Good to Have
- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, or technology products
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
- Community, partnership, or influencer marketing experience
- SEO or email marketing experience
- Short-form video content experience
