Job description for Digital Marketing Manager at PT. Tiara Hana Indonesia
- Responsible for all aspects of our company’s digital marketing execution
- Ensure all ads on different traffic channels perform optimally
- Troubleshooting any issues with ads performance
- Good with numbers and analysis, as you will need to track the results and ad spend of your campaigns, and optimize it for best results
- Keep up to date on the latest digital marketing trends
- Monitoring ad performance from all digital marketing channel
- Execute digital and social media campaign plans that are consistent with our brand’s identity
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights for future campaign recommendations
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Minimal 5 years’ experience working in a digital agency/creative agency
- Experience working in a property industry is a plus. Knows all the latest trends in the property, investment, and hospitality market
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Facebook Ads, Marketing Database, and Email Marketing
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with our creative team in Singapore and in-house Sales to plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels for better performance
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
