Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly competent and driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team. You will manage the following aspects of marketing:
· Create and execute digital marketing plans to drive revenue in our webstore and offline
· Devise strategies to drive traffic online and instore
· Track conversion rates and making improvements to webstore/offline
· Manage and improvise Electronic Direct Mailer program, strengthen subscription list and build up different customers segmentations to do targeted email marketing campaigns
· To contribute to strategic planning of annual / long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company’s objectives
· To organizing and attend events (planning to execution)
· Work closely with our Merchandiser to develop and implement effective product and pricing strategy
· Identify and capitalise on opportunities to raise our brand perception
· Plan and organise product launches for online and in-store
· Co-ordination and project management of pop-up stores and events
· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Create and write compelling, engaging and interactive content on various social media platforms
· Plan & manage company’s blog and drive content creation and ideation
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Analyse business performance, industry and competitor trends and make recommendations on alternative courses of action
· Degree in related subjects with strong language skills in English, both written and spoken.
· Minimum 3 to 6 years’ experience in related discipline.
· Understanding of branding principles and knowledge of social/online media.
· Deep understanding of the digital landscape and E-Commerce consumer behaviour.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills.
· Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
· A meticulous and organised worker with high level of personal initiative.
· Demonstrate strong leadership and people development background
· Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns would be a plus.
· Experience in using Shopify, customer journey mapping and CRM would be advantageous.
· Experience in the jewellery or luxury category would be an advantage.
