At a glance
The Digital Marketing Intern will be joining Chope’s Singapore Marketing Team, and will be a key player in helping Chope manage and optimise platforms, drive organic traffic with content and SEO best practices, and execute marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone who has an innate interest in SEO, content creation, and running campaigns within the digital sphere, and who’s also keen to learn about digital marketing channels, marketing metrics and best practices for SEO. This role is great for someone who has a keen interest in the restaurants and F&B scene, is independent, has a knack for writing, and is equipped with a creative thought process. This is a real opportunity to get exposed to a fast-paced digital and e-commerce environment, with hands-on experience.
What you'll learn and work on:
Campaign Support
- Execute marketing campaigns & coordinate with relevant parties internally (content team, sales team, etc.) to ensure all timelines are met
- Generating content and copywriting for campaigns on all marketing platforms including eDMs and social media pages
- Report and analyse campaigns to track performance against success measures
SEO
- Conduct simply keyword research
- Creating, updating & curating relevant content for guide pages & other marketing pages
- Promoting guide pages on all marketing platforms
- Track and report performance for guide pages
Requirements
- Excellent English writing skills (Please provide writing samples to support your application)
- Good analytical skills and strong sense of empathy
- Able to work within timelines and carry out tasks independently
- Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills as you will be liaising with other teams
- Able to learn and work fast in a dynamic environment
- Experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry, HTML and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus but not required

We provide software to restaurants to manage their businesses (https://www.chope.co/singapore-restaurants/join_us), a reservation platform (iOS and Android apps and web https://www.chope.co ) for consumers to book restaurants that’s also integrated with restaurants and partners like Google and Tripadvisor and a deals platform for consumers to get discounts on their dining.
