Job description for Digital Marketing Associate at Pt Sarwa Manggalla Raya
- BS/MBA degree in marketing/business or a related field
- Prior working experience in digital marketing and/or project management would be a plus. (portfolio will be required)
- Demonstrates experience in leading and managing a business unit, and is well versed in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
- Able to communicate in english fluently
- Have good teamwork skills and a can-do attitude
- Must be able to prepare sales metrics reports, financial budgeting, promotional schedules, KPI metrics reports regularly and fluently
- Must be detail oriented
- Ensure the process for online orders are effective and successful
- Plan, propose and execute promotion calenders according to proposed and available budgeting.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and enhance our social media/ecommerce presence and brand equity.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Create accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate and actively communicate with agencies, ecommerce PIC, and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Tailor the content and style of writing assignments according to their purpose like sell or inform based on targeted audience.
- Preferably understands how to use photoshop adobe and knows basic design
- Willing to present monthly/quarterly report to other managers
- Communicated and coordinate amongst multiple divisions to ensure objective and target achievement
- Prepare and control budgeting for the given business unit
- Achieve given sales revenue target
