🌟 Role Overview
You will own the growth engine of Outerbloom. You won’t just run ads; you will optimize the entire funnel using AI and data-driven insights to scale our gifting empire.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Execute and scale high-ROAS campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- E-Commerce Growth: Optimize our Shopify ecosystem to maximize conversion rates and AOV.
- AI-Powered Content: Use ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to create high-speed, high-quality marketing assets.
-Data Analysis: Build automated reports to track CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Marketing Automation: Set up workflows (Zapier/n8n) to streamline CRM and lead nurturing.
