Digital Marketing analyst is responsible for the optimal performance of all digital channels including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Social, and for the conversion improvement within the Web and APP Online Ordering platforms. Digital Marketing needs to work with agency partners to execute best practice digital strategies and campaigns across the digital landscape and ensure all campaigns are optimized for performance.
•Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the digital strategies required to support and drive the business forward
•Develop integrated digital marketing and brand building plans for the business.
•Develop campaigns to reduce the cost to acquire customers.
•Provide analysis and support on all business requirements related to the website including but not limited to new content and page creation, new promotions and banners, and new feature roll-outs. store locator and buy now functionalities, pricing information, URL management, translations, etc.
•Develop and manage content marketing / syndication across digital, social and online channels.
•Help manage, develop and integrate owned social channels and influencer / community relationships. Coordinate and support operational requirements for owned social channels and influencer / community relationships including content creation and publication, ensuring measurement and reporting
•Use customer insights and action planning based on analytics to identify and deliver opportunities for improvements in owned platforms and campaigns, report on digital performance metrics to stakeholders, set up measurement and reporting structure.
•Coordinate and support operational requirements for Search Engine Optimization including but not limited to tagging, content optimization, and Media Buy (SEM, Banner Ads, Social Ads, etc.)
•Manage CRM and CLM plans by operationally supporting campaigns including but not limited to campaign development and execution, SEO and media buy, and online integration.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital and/or IT,
• Retail F&B industry will be an advantage
• Strong Administration and Negotiation Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
