Digital Executive (at Havas Group Vietnam agency)

The Digital Executive supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital media campaigns for assigned clients. This role works closely with internal teams, media partners, and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with agreed objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital media plans aligned with broader communication objectives.
• Apply understanding of Vietnam’s media landscape and digital channels to support effective campaign recommendations.
• Assist in budget planning, media allocations, and campaign phasing for quarterly and annual initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign setup and execution across digital platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social, and programmatic.
• Work closely with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs, and support optimization through regular reporting and analysis.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• Prepare campaign reports, competitive reviews, and presentation materials for internal teams and clients.
• Support financial and administrative processes, including client setup, PO tracking, billing, and invoicing.
• Take ownership of campaign implementation, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Ensure timely deliverables and support the team in maintaining high standards of client service.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and market developments, while building effective relationships with publishers and vendors.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in digital/media campaign execution at a media agency, client-side team, or media owner.
• Basic understanding of digital media channels, media metrics, and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience with digital ad platforms or reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic understanding of the Vietnam market, consumer behavior, and media landscape.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
