Position Summary
The key objective of this role is to grow our E-commerce sales through developing and implementing strategies for the companies brands, maintaining our social media marketing along with identifying ways to improve customer experience and engagement resulting in the achievement of the financial objectives for the ecommerce business. To enable accurate, timely information flow to all stake holders, while building strong working relationships with all team members.
Background
The primary role is one of a Digital & E-commerce Marketing Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will support the Marketing Manager in managing daily sales & marketing matters.
You must be technology savvy, able to multi-task and hands-on in order to execute the tasks given to you.
You will be working in an exciting, fast-paced and forward-thinking, technology driven business model, where you will be expected to work independently, efficiently and effectively to handle concurrently the day-to-day tasks, as well as assist in any ad-hoc projects. As you further develop in your role, you will be provided the opportunity for career progression and in-depth exposure to running a business.
Skills & knowledge requirements
Mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of Magento 2
- Knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce WordPress

- Degree in ecommerce marketing developing strategies and implementation

Experience & Key Attributes required
· At least 3 years’ working experience in a busy E-commerce environment
· You must have an excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Social media experience - able to follow instructions and execute tasks online such as Magento2, Shopify, Canva, Tidio Chatbot, Mail Chimp, Facebook Business Manager, Lazada Seller Platform, Shopee Seller Platform, Dropbox & Google platforms
· Able to operate autonomously
· Able to reconcile data from all digital platforms and present to the management for analysis and evaluation.
· Resourceful goal-digger and Tech Savvy is a must.
· 10/10 multi-tasker with a positive attitude, adaptable and able to get tasks done on time
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
· Ideal to be familiar with Photoshop, basic programming knowledge is a bonus
· Good with numbers and figures and possess an analytical acumen
· Able to work under pressure when required, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
· Support the team in coordinating online customer service support to ensure product fulfilment for customers
· Managing incoming inventory, communicating & coordinating with 3rd-party logistic providers to provide stock fulfilment for customers
1. Major Responsibility Areas
Key Activities
1. Maintain the websites(s) and product listings with brand updates and styling -Find new opportunities for growth
2. Review, upgrade, relaunch companies’ brand sites, in most cost effective manner maximising investment. as required.
3. Analyse and report on website performance highlighting area’s for growth.
4. Execute and analyse online & influencer marketing campaigns through various channels.
5. Ensure SEO best practice are adhered to across the website to achieve higher ranking against targeted key words.
6. Work with the Stackers UK team on new updates and marketing campaigns. Utilizing UK knowledge and experience for the Australian, NZ and Singapore markets.
7. Work with AU and Singapore distributers , ecommerce co-ordinators supporting exchanging strategies, ideal on a monthly basis
8. Continually create and optimise Facebook/Google ad campaigns
9. Maintain the websites UX to the highest level by constantly reviewing the user journey.
10. Source and connect with influencers in line with your marketing strategy to increase brand adoption for all brands.
11. A solution provider, when identifying a problem, provide solutions to fix.
12. Developing systems to improve productivity and ability to meet our customers’ needs and surpassing expectations.
13. Cross market – all brands maximising brand awareness, sales opportunities, customer loyalty.
14. Manage partnerships with all stake holders
