Job description for Digital and Campaign Marketing Manager (Remote) at eduCLaaS
- Drive Quarterly Marketing campaigns aligned to product, sales, and business priorities - centered on inbound with digital-first mindset
- Develop the integrated omnichannel marketing campaign with the right mix of marketing resources (ie. landing pages, messaging playbooks, digital ads, etc.)
- Work with internal teams (eg. PR, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Support, Product) to prepare and launch the plan
- Communicate the campaign plan and roadmap to relevant business unit and sales leaders
- Ensure all frontliners (eg. Sales, Telesales, DB Marketing, Customer service etc.) are trained to handle all inquiries and leads management processes
- Provide performance report and analysis to the business leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 8 years in implementing and managing performance marketing and demand generation campaigns
- Experience in developing integrated campaign to drive lead acquisition in large volume
- High competency in digital marketing, inbound and outbound sales campaigns
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Familiar with campaign execution, reporting, and CRM tools
- Experince in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions
- Self-motivated with proven ability to assume end-to-end function, with grit and proactiveness to initiate and complete tasks
- Experience promoting and marketing Professional Services, EduTech, Training, or Education solution
- Highly successful and proven track record in driving the entire student/customer recruitment campaign and strategy"
