Position Summary
We're on the lookout for a Digital Account Planner Intern who can start following the Tet vacation.
As a Digital Account Planner in Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between the internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.
Beside that, you will attend to develop overall strategic direction for the media proposal and present to clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
- Act as the main contact point between client and internal team (Digital Planning, Digital Optimization), respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
- Manage the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;
- Develop overall strategic direction for the media proposal;
- In charge of collecting data and analyzing, getting the right data and digging deep to digital consumers insights;
- Build up the proposal and present to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- No experience requirements;
- Able to work full-time for at least 3-6 months;
- Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
- Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;
- Superior Problem-Solving Skills;
- Excellent customer service abilities;
- Outstanding negotiation skill.
- Good presentation skills;
- Skills in researching, analyzing & synthetizing data;
- Logical and critical thinking.
