JOB OVERVIEW
Innotech Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and proactive DevOps Intern to join our Engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience with automation tools, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices including continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). As a DevOps Intern, you will contribute to improving our development and deployment workflows while gaining practical exposure to real-world systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Support environment and infrastructure setup on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Automate development or operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Shell scripts.
- Help monitor system performance and application health using appropriate tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the DevOps team.
- Document workflows, configurations, and automation scripts for internal reference.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd or 4th year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line usage.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Vultr, or Azure.
- Experience working with physical servers or virtualization tools like VirtualBox is a plus.
- Interest in learning DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of containerization concepts and Docker.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, routing).
