Chi tiết công việc DevOps Engineer (Fresher/Junior) tại Finan
Objective
Join Finan’s DevOps team to help operate, automate, and maintain our infrastructure across multiple Finan products (SoBanHang, FinanBook, FinanOne…).
This is an entry-level apprenticeship-style role: you’ll work directly with our CTO and Senior DevOps engineers, get hands-on experience with real production systems, and have a clear path to become a full DevOps Engineer within 6–12 months — if you show curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes / Docker / Linux.
- Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to alerts (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Slack alerting).
- Handle small infrastructure tasks (create namespaces, deploy services, manage SSH access, TLS certificates, VPN, etc.).
- Write simple automation scripts (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Learn and contribute to topics like scaling, security hardening, backup, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Strong self-learning and responsibility mindset.
- Basic understanding of Linux, networking, Git, and Docker.
- Able to read and search English technical documents (StackOverflow, GitHub, etc.).
- Willing to handle both small operational tasks and learning projects.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiar with CI/CD, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP.
- Experience deploying personal projects or side apps.
- Basic scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
- Interest in learning tools such as:
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- Security & Access: Vault, Teleport, Suricata
