Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, or messaging
Remind customers about payment due dates and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
Follow up overdue accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communication.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer payment status.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
Handle customer complaints related to billing or payments professionally.
Ensure collection activities comply with company policies and regulations.
