- Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with debtors via inbound & outbound calls
- Achieve productivity and payment target
- Take on additional tasks when assigned
Key Capabilities
- Communicate and negotiate skills to achieve the payment target
- Can work under high pressure
- Work experience in call center will be expected
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
