We’re The Pack — a bold, queer-led men’s underwear and fetishwear brand creating unapologetic, gender-defying fashion for the club, the bedroom, and beyond. Our designs fuse kink and confidence, mixing leatherette, mesh, straps, and stretch in ways that celebrate sexuality, identity, and fluidity.

This is not a basics brand. We create statement pieces—from bold briefs and gender-fluid bodysuits to harnesses, fetish gear, and circuit-party staples. If your portfolio doesn’t reflect experience or deep interest in this space, this role is not for you.

🎨 THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Designer who lives and breathes edgy, body-forward fashion—someone who can translate queer, club, and fetish aesthetics into wearable, bold garments for gay men and queer bodies. You’ll help conceptualize and develop collections focused on men’s underwear, lingerie-inspired silhouettes, harnesses, and provocative fashion accessories.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design seasonal collections of men’s underwear, fetishwear, jockstraps, harnesses, and gender-fluid pieces

• Collaborate with the lead designer and creative director to bring provocative concepts to life

• Source and experiment with materials such as mesh, lace, stretch, leatherette, metallics, and hardware

• Build detailed tech packs and assist in product development and sample reviews

• Follow queer fashion, fetish trends, and circuit nightlife aesthetics to inspire design direction

• Contribute to fittings, photoshoots, and creative campaign direction

• Potential travel for supplier visits, photoshoots, or international events

🧷 YOU BRING

• A portfolio that includes men’s underwear, lingerie, or intimate/fetish-inspired apparel

• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop (Clo3D or 3D rendering is a plus)

• A strong understanding of kink culture, queer nightlife, and bold fashion silhouettes

• Curiosity and passion for queer identity, sexual expression, and non-binary aesthetics

• Self-driven creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in small teams

• Important: If your portfolio doesn’t show relevant design work in underwear, fetishwear, or similar categories, you will not be considered
