1. Mission:
• Build Cleansui as a premium "Luxury Japanese Brand" in Vietnam market. Turn brand ideas
and direction into real creative work that helps drive sales.
• This is a leader position that focuses on creative execution and quality, not on team
management.
2. How you work:
• Based on the ideas, direction and business goals shared by your manager and related
teams, write your own brief and create the concept.
• In months without a campaign, create the monthly Key Visual from concept to final
design, based on season, product and brand direction.
• Turn the concept into a clear production plan, and work with related people to make it
real.
• Always keep sales results in mind. Within Brand Guidelines, use your creativity to the
fullest.
• Work with Sales Team and Trade Team and bring feedback from the field into your work.
3. Main responsibilities:
A. Monthly Key Visual
B. Campaign Development
• Understand campaign direction, company direction and season, and create the
concept together with the team.
• Make a production plan based on the concept. Build the communication plan with
Branding Team, and create Key Visual, Key Message, campaign video and other
materials.
C. Video Editing
• Edit campaign videos, social media videos and other videos.
• When needed, join video shoots and give direction on site from an editor's point of
view.
D. Monthly Design
• Design social media posts, email newsletters, POSM (flyers, standees, etc.), sales
materials and catalogs.
• Design materials for new products and other projects.
E. Brand Guideline Management
• Take part in using and improving "Brand Communication Guidelines", and check that
all creative work follows them.
• Respect the core of Cleansui as a Japanese brand, and show the world of "Luxury
Japanese Brand" through modern visuals.
• Give feedback and advice on the quality of creative work made inside the company.
F. Others
Carry out assigned projects and tasks.
4. Evaluation points:

****Expected qualifications:
• Able to understand business goals and your manager's ideas and turn them into your own
brief and concept.
• Able to explain why you chose a concept, visual or copy, and how it connects to the goal.
This is the most important requirement for this position.
• Strong creative skills and a strong design portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software.
• Proven experience managing projects from brief to concept and execution.
• Strategic thinking that aligns with brand guidelines and drives quality improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems.
