Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan terakhir minimal Diploma I
Menguasai beberapa stasiun dapur (misal: hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry)
Memahami teknik memasak dan presentasi hidangan
Mampu mengatur bahan, inventaris, dan persiapan dapur

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Menyiapkan bahan makanan
Mengolah dan memasak hidangan
Menjaga kualitas makanan
Melakukan pengecekan stock bahan makanan
Mengontrol waktu penyajian makanan (food timing)
