* Demand Planning:
- Review yearly forecast, quarterly, monthly forecast
- Improve forecast accuracy
- Actively discuss with Sales, MKT, Trade MKT for action plan by weekly, monthly
- Working closely with Sales and MKT Team on forecast, promotion, stock on-hand (risk for short shelf-life, over stock ...)
- Daily tracking stock level and daily sales to capture over-stock/out of stock/short shelf-life/oversold to have quick action of ad-hoc shipment/delay shipment or raise issue to related Dept
- Chair meeting with related Depts. to review the result and align on next action plan
- Reviewing forecast, stock movement and make monthly replenishment
- Review monthly Purchase Plan/yearly Purchase Plan vs act YTD Purchase
- Doing stock allocation nationwide base on FC, stock and actual demand
- Weekly/monthly reports as HOD’s requested.
* Purchasing Planning:
- Prepare purchase order form and get approval from related department and BOD following SOP
- Create/Amend PO on AX base on final invoice, update purchase price on system, update BBD/packing list to warehouse
- Send purchase order to supplier and follow up of until arrival of products at Warehouse (proforma invoice, production circle, shipments schedule, documents checking, customs clearance follow up)
- Report coming shipment status, follow up shipment closely and aware related department if any issue arises
- Follow up VISA status/new items process and notify related departments when issue arise
- Handle and monitor the claims to vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
- Keep the active SKU list/ Vendors database updated with logistics details
- Prepare paper work as payments request, work with finance to follow up payment overdue and credit/debit note from supplier
