Objectives: Responsible for planning and executing brand and content initiatives across all channels (Online & Offline). This role focuses on building consistent brand communication, growing organic channels, supporting campaign messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and aligned marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan Brand & Communication
Plan and execute key messages for campaigns and products (Summer, Back to School,
monthly campaigns), ensure all content follows brand guidelines, visual style, and tone of
voice, and keep all materials consistent across channels (Ads, Social, Landing Pages,
Sales, Offline)
2. Build Social & Organic Content
Plan and create content for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube (parenting, education, student
journey, class experience), develop content based on parent insights, market trends, and
product focus, capture real class experiences, and drive growth in reach, engagement, and
inbound leads
3. Develop Product & Campaign Content
Develop content for products and seasonal campaigns (Summer, Back to School, key
promotions), define key messages, and ensure consistency across all channels
4. Execute PR, KOL & Partnerships
Work with KOLs/KOCs, parent communities, and partners (schools, groups), and support
PR activities to increase reach and credibility
5. Support Cross-team Content Needs
Work closely with Sales, Academic, and other teams to develop content (case study,
testimonial, program intro, materials), and support ongoing content needs across teams.
6. Collaborate & Lead Execution Across Teams
Coordinate and lead content-related tasks with MKT team and Global team (campaign
rollout, product launching, contests, brand communication), ensure alignment and
delivery on timeline. Support communication for events (workshops, contests, offline
activities), ensure alignment with brand and campaign messaging.
7. Track, Report & Improve Performance
Track content performance (reach, engagement, leads, demo,…), report results clearly,
identify what drives conversion, and improve content monthly
Requirement:
- 2 – 3 years in Content, Social, or Brand Marketing (Education is a plus)
- Strong copywriting skills across social and owned channels
- Good understanding of content, audience insight, and basic marketing metrics
- Strong planning and execution skills - Good collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills, with basic English for working with
regional teams
- Proactive, structured, and result-oriented - Creative mindset with ability to follow trends and generate new ideas
