About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Subsidy Strategy Operation specialist to support end-to-end subsidy strategy deployment and iteration across the platform. This role acts as a critical link between user demand insight, category growth and platform mechanism optimization, empowering sustainable user value and long-term business growth. The candidate will gradually take on more in-depth analytical and strategic responsibilities along with business development.
Responsibility
1. Subsidy Strategy Formulation & Iteration
- Assist in designing overall platform subsidy strategies, and drive full-scale subsidy implementation and continuous strategy iteration covering multi-dimensions, including business scenarios, product categories and creators.
- Ensure all subsidy initiatives are delivered with standardized operation logic and aligned with overall platform growth objectives.
2. User Value & Consumption Upgrade Operation
- Develop user repurchase and average order value improvement strategies from the consumer perspective.
- Align consumer demands with category development needs and platform operation mechanisms, so as to effectively improve user LTV.
3. Data Analysis & Business Baseline Management
- Establish buyer LTV-related assessment matrix and industry baseline through data analysis and market benchmarking.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on churned buyers, and assist in optimizing business paths and confirming periodic business targets for regular operation cycles.
4. User Segmentation & Growth Strategy Empowerment
- Define user segmentation rules, target user profiles, corresponding classification standards and promotion mechanisms.
- Assist in rolling out targeted operation strategies to drive steady user scale expansion and user base growth.
5. Cross-team Collaboration & Category Portfolio Optimization
- Cooperate closely with the category operation team to tailor exclusive category portfolio solutions for segmented buyer groups and specific user matrices.
- Jointly promote matched category layout to boost targeted user transaction and long-term category growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related majors.
- 1–3 years relevant working experience in e-commerce operation, user growth or strategy operation.
- Strong logical thinking, sensitive to data, with solid capabilities of sorting out complex business logic and multi-dimensional project delivery.
- Proficient in Excel for data sorting, analysis and regular business review; good data literacy and insight.
- User-centric mindset, capable of capturing consumer demands and converting insights into actionable operation strategies.
- Fluent in English.
