KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as FMCG, retail, tech, and services.
- Align go-to-market strategy with company vision, market dynamics, and service capabilities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Lead high-level client meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through strategic consultation and service excellence.
3. Market Expansion & Innovation
- Drive the development of innovative, tailored solutions for new business prospects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
- Champion new services or verticals that align with CREASIA’s vision and market opportunities.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development and account team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Represent CREASIA at key industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Establish alliances with agencies, technology partners, and strategic collaborators.
- Build brand reputation and visibility in the marketing and retail landscape.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
- Strong track record in FMCG, agency services, field marketing, or B2B solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Visionary and strategic thinking with a passion for business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong understanding of market development, brand activation, and integrated marketinG solutions.
