About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing the company’s data to provide the company dashboards and actionable recommendations for the management team to drive growth.
What will you do
- Translate business needs into insights to support business-making decisions for the Board of Directors
- Work closely with all heads of departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to determine the core metrics for execution
- Build and utilize dashboards (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, etc. ) to carry out statistical analysis and interpret the overall business performance
- Identify and analyze multiple trend patterns related to User Behavior
- Collect data from multiple sources to conduct daily, weekly and ad-hoc reports
- Propose new ideas based on data to help businesses achieve short-term and long-term goals
What you need
- University Degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or relevant field
- 0-2 years experience as a Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst
- Strong analytical skills (collect, organize, analyze, and convert raw data into insights)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
- Proficient use of SQL (MySQL, Bigquery)
- Experience with a programming language (Python, R)
- Experience with Product Analytics Platform
- Experience with Visualization Tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with building Data Pipelines (Jenkins, Airflow), Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS, etc.), Product Analytics Platform (Amplitude, Firebase) is a plus
