MOSAIC Vietnam is a key player in the leading Affiliate Marketing platform, with an extensive network across Vietnam and the Asia region.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Performance Analyst to join our growing team at Mosaic. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between optimization campaign team and traffic teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and align with business goals. Besides, you’ll have chance to work on data projects with Tech team as well as learn more about affiliate marketing business.
Joining Mosaic, you will work alongside a dynamic and professional team, contributing to new successes in the Affiliate Marketing industry.
I/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards that surface real-time campaign, sales, and financial KPIs.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources for reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with the Tech team to integrate new data sources, resolve pipeline issues, and ensure dashboard reliability.
- Automate recurring reports (weekly, monthly reconciliations) to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate campaign strategies and surface actionable insights.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, BI tools
- Min 2 years of experience. Good communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Data, Finance, or Technology.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Solid understanding or network in Banking, Finance, or Marketing industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and strategies.
III/ BENEFITS SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Gross salary: up to 14Million Meal (55.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
- Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
- 13 day leave per year(include 1 day leave in birthday month)
